We want you to be completely satisfied with your Diamond Edge Pro purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a complete refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at hello@diamondedgepro.com with your account email and a brief description of why you'd like a refund. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We are not obligated to issue refunds beyond the 7-day period.
We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds in the following cases:
For the $299.99 Progress Plan, the 7-day refund policy applies from the date of purchase. Once you have actively participated in the program (uploaded intake videos, completed assigned drills, or otherwise engaged with the 6-week plan), refunds will be prorated based on the portion of the program not yet delivered, at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. Diamond Edge Pro is not responsible for missed communications, expired links, or inability to access your account due to email issues on your end.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we're happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. Your existing purchases will be governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
